Kristy WendlerBeaumont Lawyer
Attorney Kristy Wendler is committed to helping her clients navigate difficult and complicated legal matters. As an immigration attorney, Kristy helps immigrants throughout the area work to remain in the United States legally and keep their families together. As a criminal defense lawyer in Beaumont, Kristy aggressively defends the rights of the accused in the courtroom. No matter the situation you are currently in, she can help you understand your legal options, answer your questions, and devise a plan of action to protect your future.
Growing up as a child of a missionary in Guadalajara, Mexico, Kristy developed a deep love for Latin American people, as well as an understanding of what it’s like to live in a foreign country. The experience helped her gain an appreciation of what it’s like to learn a new language, new culture, and how to navigate new systems and government processes.
Kristy obtained her J.D. from Regent University School of Law and has been serving the local community since 2007. She is dedicated to always improving her practice. As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Kristy is able to stay up to date on the latest news and issues regarding U.S. immigration. She also regularly consults with other immigration law attorneys in the area on difficult cases in order to better prepare and increase the likelihood of a positive outcome for her clients.
When assisting clients with immigration, Kristy makes it her mission to be as prepared as possible. She works tirelessly to prepare and submit the most organized, most clearly laid out, and most professional application packets possible.
Before opening her own firm, Kristy worked for two other law firms—one in Washington D.C. and one in Austin, Texas. This experience helped her gain an in-depth understanding of the law and provided a solid foundation which she now works from. She has successfully helped hundreds of individuals navigate the immigration process as well as the United States justice system.
At Wendler Law Group, Kristy aims to make sure that her clients have the trustworthy legal representation they need. After noticing rampant Notario fraud within the Hispanic community, she decided to try to make a difference in the lives of immigrants throughout the area by providing honest, competent, bilingual services. She can help you find a solution to your complex situation.
